The standard reports of Feastudy do not allow for a disclaimer to appear on them, however in Feastudy Professional you can: export the body of any and all reports from a feasibility file to CSV file and then open your export file in a spreadsheet program where you can then: insert whatever headers or footers that you require in that export file; or copy the reports in the CSV file to a word processor program/app to do relevant insertions and/or formatting there.
